Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt; orders placed after 12 p.m. CET will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and/or holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. CET are shipped by Tuesday.
Please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery. Express shipping service is available. The transit time could occasionally be delayed by local Customs agencies in the recipient's country.
If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

Returns Policy
We are happy to accept any new/tagged/unworn garment for exchange/store credit within 30 days from delivery.
Only garment(s) in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are accepted by mail and cannot be returned to flagship stores. We suggest registered mail or couriers to avoid losses.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Original shipping and duty/tax fees are not refundable. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.

To make it as easy as possible, please use the same box provided for you in your original order to return your items. Please do not use envelopes as garments tend to get damaged and will not be accepted for return.

- Log into your account to generate a return authorization form.
- Print the return authorization form, which must be included in your package.
- If you are unable to print the return authorization form, please include your invoice and note the items for return there.
If you do not have an account:

- Type in your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order).
- Select the garment(s) to be returned.
- Print the return authorization form, which must be included with your package.
